1. Acceptance of Terms

By using klaas (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

klaas provides remote access to Claude Code terminal sessions, allowing you to view your terminal output from any device. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

3. User Conduct

You agree NOT to use the Service for:

  • Illegal activities or promoting illegal content
  • Unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Circumventing security measures
  • Sharing access credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Any activity that could damage our infrastructure
  • Violating Anthropic’s terms of service for Claude

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • All activities under your account
  • Authorizing device connections carefully
  • Notifying us of any unauthorized use

5. Device Authorization

When you authorize a device to view your terminal:

  • You are granting that device access to your terminal output
  • Authorization can be revoked at any time
  • You should only authorize devices you control
  • We are not responsible for unauthorized viewing if you share your device codes

6. Terminal Content

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • The content displayed in your terminal sessions
  • Ensuring sensitive information is not exposed
  • Compliance with your employer’s policies
  • Any code, credentials, or data visible in your sessions

Our Role

We only relay terminal output between your devices. We do not:

  • Monitor or review your terminal content
  • Store your terminal session data
  • Take responsibility for what you display

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content are owned by klaas. You retain ownership of all content in your terminal sessions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Real-time delivery without latency
  • Compatibility with all terminal applications

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, klaas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data or unauthorized access to your sessions
  • Exposure of sensitive information
  • Business interruption

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold klaas harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
